Total Freedom New York — Local services in Town of Darien

I have tried contacting Total Freedom for all paperwork signed during the intake process, and they refused to send me anything. For this matter, legal action is being taken against them, for their deceptive website and deceitfulness. I feel compelled to share my experience with Total Freedom. I did not stay at the New York facility, but I stayed at the one in Ocoee Florida, where the founder Guy is located. The facility I went to offered a 90 day intensive program for $3000 that is nonrefundable supposedly. The problem is the 90 day intensive is simply a gimmick to get you to pay $3000 because you get absolutely nothing different than the nine month program they offer. Very deceptive. Upon arrival at their facility I noticed at no point did they take me anywhere to show me where I would be staying or what they had to offer other than having me sign paper work, pay them $3000 and put me directly into classes. It wasn’t until about mid day when I realized what type of operation and housing they had. The men’s house was dilapidated in the ceiling/roof had collapsed on the last hurricane. They put a drywall patch over it, but there was black mold everywhere. A lot of the canned goods/drinks and cleaning materials were in a wooden shed outside of the house, the shed was completely infested with rats and mice in the smell was so pungent of rat, feces and urine , that the employees of the police would not even walk in the building. But yet they wanted the guys that live there to get all their food and drinks out of there. I was told by the founder Guy and Vivien that they were going to put me in a separate house because I was a part of a different program. They never followed through and lied simply because after the first day your money is nonrefundable. They base everything off your deliverance. The only problem is, it’s not somebody in a position of leader ship over the facility that’s going to deliver you, that’s what I found. So funny. It is God who delivers you from addiction or Sin.. At the end of the day they are using the men that come into this facility to operate their other businesses to benefit from that. On my fifth day. At the facility, which was on a Saturday the guys were watching movies. I had been outside. Praying about what I should do due to health concerns. When I walked into the house, the guys were watching a movie and the first thing I seen with the naked backside of a woman and explicit cussing. When I asked where the movie came from, they told me it came from the pastors house, and he himself in the Holy Spirit approved it. I knew right then that the Holy Spirit was telling me to get out of this Place. I guess I should’ve paid attention to the reviews because in 30 years of business they have 4 reviews. Literally a cult. If you care about your friend or family, don’t send them here. It’s 3 thousand dollars to go, on top of that all of the patients there use their labor to increase the profits of this program through their gift shop and mechanic shop, not to mention they get state funds for each person who attends for more than the 3 weeks there. With all this money they take, you’d think the patients were taken care of. Nope, 3 meals a day, an apple grown from the farm as a snack. From knowing prior patients of this place, it’s full of drama, and the staff encourage or cause it. These are some of the most un Christian people you’ll ever meet, either the devil is truly at Total Freedom or they’re just clever at running a pyramid scheme. Send your friend or family to real therapy, not this place. It’s hell. Oh and so everyone knows for the other reviews, these are either from the patients parents (never went) or patient (they brainwashed) or more than likely, many of these reviews are bloated with fakes and filtered out due to the atrocities they commit and backlash. Don’t believe the website and reviews, I urge anyone reading this to stay far away from this place, or, even further, do what you can to get this place thoroughly investigated for the scam that’s being ran here.
