I cannot say enough about the way Mike took care of my family. We had been on the road for a day and a half driving up from New Orleans with my wife and had picked up my dogs from boarding in Glenfield. Our luck that the last snow storm decided to hit that very night a week ago. My car slid coming down a steep hill and clipped a guard rail and finally came to stop just before going into a ditch. My own insurance company decided they'd let me figure out who could tow my vehicle that night because "no one answered the phone." After the sheriff made the call, Mike was there in 20 minutes with the snowfall worsening. I picked up my car today and it looks and drives like new, he even did a 4-wheel alignment for me. He went out of his own way that night that I was in need. That alone speaks volume to me. I told him before I left the shop today "I hope I never have to see you again!" and I'm surely glad he knew where I was coming from. Outstanding shop to have work completed!

Mike from Bellers Auto went above and beyond with repairing my 2020 Silverado after hitting a large deer. The accident caused extensive damage ($17,000) to the entire front of the truck and both air bags deployed. Due to supply backlogs I was informed upfront it would take 4 weeks before my truck would be finished. Since I didn’t have car rental coverage on my insurance Mike called a local rental agency and was able to save me $600 for a monthly rental.

Initially the insurance company would only authorize ~$12,000 to repair the truck but Mike was able to thoroughly document all the damage and submitted a supplemental request to cover 100% of the cost. Each week Mike would call me with updates on his coordination with the insurance company, which parts were still delayed and the progress with the repairs.

The truck looked showroom ready when it was finished and even the interior was fully detailed. I have two Golden Retrievers so cleaning the inside was a huge bonus I was not expecting.

I had a GREAT experience with Beller's. Unfortunately, I had a minor accident in my vehicle that required a lot of work... Mike was kind and helpful on the phone while I was very stressed and overwhelmed. Not only that, but he came and got my vehicle within 2 hrs of my call (including a 40+mins drive!) while the original place I was referred to told me that they wouldn't even have time to look at my car for probably 2 weeks. Mike and his team got my car taken care of from start to finish in less than the two weeks that it would have taken the other place to even give me an estimate. It goes to show that family-owned is the way to go. I hope to not need their services anytime soon, but rest assured that if I do need them, I will be returning...
