Emmy's Organics, inc. — Local services in Town of Dryden

First of all, this is a review about the horrible customer service I received when I called Emmys Organics, not about the cookies. The cookies are 5 star cookies. On Nov 29, I placed an order on this company's website. The order shipped shortly later, but I was never emailed. I noticed the tracking in my USPS Informed Delivery Account. The tracking indicated I'd receive it Dec. 6 but nothing came. I noticed the package stuck in Memphis with USPS so after it didn't move after 5 days I called Emmys. I called 9 x before a human answered. No one replied to my email or called me back when I left a voicemail. Then I spoke with a foreign woman named Hannah. She didn't have answers and was unwilling to help. I asked what happens if the cookies don't arrive? She said they would not give a refund, nor would they reship. She told me I would have to contest the charge with my credit card company. Meanwhile I still have a second order outstanding with them that's not fulfilled yet. My credit card payments went thru but their customer service refuses to do anything if the cookies don't arrive. Then this woman hung up on me after telling me they would do nothing! I'm not happy! I love the cookies but after what I went thru, I'll only buy them on Amazon where I can get my money back if they don't arrive.

Ok, in all fairness, I pursued and got my problem resolved. Here's an update. When I was left without a resolution I pursued further. I sent a message in FB messenger to the company. They gave me an email and I wrote to them. Then I got a call from Gabriel in Customer Relations. He said he would personally take care of things. Then later that day I got an email from the coordinator of shipping. I forget their actual title but they assured me they'd reship my package and use UPS this time because USPS lost my original package. They even offered to send an extra bag. Today the cookies arrived. It was all a huge hassle but I'm glad it got resolved. Their cookies...

I am in love with Emmy's Blueberry Cashew Super Cereal!! I put a handful in my vanilla yogurt and wow! There are so many yummy blueberries it will make your yogurt turn purple. Ever since i have made this a staple of my diet I have felt a million times better. This is a miracle food in my book....
