Honestly, overall terrible experience. Would rate lower if Brian wasn’t such nice guy. I am new to the industry of remodeling but everything felt unprofessional. I provided multiple sketches of my layout using sketchup and even called and went into store to confirm. It wasn’t too crazy, regular counters, bottom mounted sink, pass through counter to the living room.
I waited a bit to do the templating but nothing crazy. I was told install would be a few weeks later and trusted that. I waited until the prescribed time and never got a call. The problem with this was that what I was quoted apparently did not include demolition but when I went in person I was told it was and then that answer was changed at templating day. So I needed the call early for install so I could do my own demolition. After template day I waited like I stated earlier. I didn’t get a call or text or email. During this time we paid half our invoice and never received an invoice stating how much was left or that the payment was processed, just a bank transaction. When the week that I was quoted came and went I called to see what happened and was told I would get a call back with a schedule. The next week came and went, no call. Finally two weeks later I got a call to schedule the install. So not too bad, but don’t tell me a date or even predict if you are going to be so far off. When the install team came they were great, friendly and quick. Then the pass through counter goes to get put on and I notice it seems bigger than I thought. I took out a tape measure and it was 2.5 inches larger than the sketch. I went back to the sketch I provided to ensure it was correct and it was. I asked the install technician about this and he said he cut it, and he isn’t perfect and makes mistakes. I mean I am a pretty reasonable person but it wasn’t a cheap project.
Of course I go into the store the next day to talk about this and I am met with exactly the answer I thought “well you were provided with free material”. That ISNT the point. This is a business of accuracy, And professionalism. If I wanted it done incorrectly I would do it myself and save time AND money. All being said and done I was not offered any compensation just for them to come back out and cut it. Yeah, my bluff was called because I just waited over two months for counters, why do I have to take another day off work and mess my kitchen up again just to fix your mistake. Skip this company....
Read moreBrian and his team handled a difficult installation of kitchen counters that required some creative engineering and post-installation corrections. We are grateful for that. However, immediately post-installation, the granite began absorbing water and staining rapidly around the sink, creating a dark stain that has become permanent despite constant attention and drying. Brian and his team suggested that we put a poultice of diatemacious earth and Dawn over the stain to absorb the water, but it made the situation much worse. I have called and texted Brian many times over the past 6 months, including to follow up on a promise he made, to reseal the granite after six weeks of the material drying out. To date he has not returned any of my calls or texts, and we are left with damaged goods. I did not want to post a negative review, but at this point I do not feel like I have a choice. If I receive a response from Brian with some commitment to fixing the problem, I will happily take down...

I was originally told 3-4 weeks, after multiple calls with no timeline or follow up calls, I went to the shop at week 9 and left with only my original template, that was sitting in the same spot when I...
