DO NOT RECOMMEND. My Husband dropped our side by side off to get a diagnostic for a leak. They did repairs on the UTV without even calling to tell us what was wrong. The charges were close to $600. We did end up paying for because We thought it was fixed. Unfortunately we thought wrong, instead they made the coolant leak much worse. We brought it back to them and they wanted to charge us for something they had broke. Also We want everyone to know this was over a month a half period. Repairs like this should not take this long. They have horrible service. They would never call us back. We would call to check in on things and they would rush us to get off the phone and say they would get back to us later. We would never hear back. We would then call a few days later just hear the same story over and over again. Towards the end we would have to insist on talking to the service manager to find out what was going on otherwise they would give us no information. This company totally took advantage of us! Please don’t use them. Go to someone who is actually going to fix your power sports and call you back not drag you around and around only to make things worse than they started. But I'm giving 2 stars for their absolute zero effort or desire to return a machine in the same condition as when it's dropped off. I spend HOURS cleaning my machine after each ride. I take pride in my things, keeping them looking nice. Your machine will sit in dirt lot until they can fix it. Then after the repairs they run it through the field and mud-holes behind their shop. Now wouldn't you think if they ran it through the field after it rained and got it all full of mud that they would at least spray it off before you come and pick it up? Nope. You get to pick it up and do it yourself. Now I get to spend my Saturday off cleaning up after their joyride. They are also $60 dollars higher for a "basic" service on a machine. $270 for an oil filter and oil. $60 higher than the 2 other Polaris dealerships within 50 miles. Highly disappointed. Read moreI brought my jet skis in for general maintenance for oil change and getting it ready for the winter also taking the batteries out. when i made the appointment it would take a couple hours. but when i dropped them off they said they were behind schedule and it would be a couple days and would store them inside until they were done it is november .they finally called a few days later and i picked them up a few hours later after that call. my brand new jet skis were full of snow and the batteries were in the foot wells buried in snow . remember i brought them there to be winterized. they failed to call me when they were done a few hours after i dropped them off that day and left them outside in the snowing weather for a few days before they decided to call me and brought the skis out full of snow.
