I have no doubt that had I gone with another contractor, the project would have gone over budget, been far more chaotic, and may not have succeeded at all.

Beyond his reliability and communication, the quality of Jheison’s work speaks for itself. The unit we renovated was in worse condition than expected, which only became clear once demolition began. Despite the setbacks, every element of the renovation was completed with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.

I never write reviews, but I had to share my experience with Jhei and Son’s LLC. If I could give them more stars, I would!!! I recently experienced every homeowner’s worst nightmare. My waste/sewer line backed up into my home and into my basement. This meant that every drain in my home was draining into my basement. I had water, but nowhere for the drains to empty. I’ve worked with Jhei and Son’s before and have always been not only happy with their work, but also comfortable that they were being honest and fair with me. So I called them for my nightmare. To say that Jay ( what I’ve always called him!) and his team were lifesavers would be an understatement. Jay was convinced that he could take care of this clog without having to tear up the street and my entire driveway-(which the town was recommending) a job that would cost in excess of $20,000!! Jay called in every favor and used every tool at his disposal ( it was a VERY stubborn clog!) until he finally - with the help of Spagnoli Excavating - more lifesavers!) was able to break through the clog - ultimately saving me more than $10,000! He even dealt with all of the permits needed by the town! As if that wasn’t enough, his team also cleaned out my basement and hauled it all away. Then Jay checked my household plumbing and fixed or replaced anything that was sketchy. I felt like I was being treated like family. No one was trying to make an extra buck off of me. They just wanted to make sure I was safe in my home. I will never call anyone else if I have wants or needs in my home. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Jhei and Son’s LLC!
