I had a nice long review to post, but it wouldn't take it. So here is a long story summed up, THESE PEOPLE AT GREENWICH JOHN DEERE UNITED AG AND TURF HELPED ME OUT AND LITERALLY SAVED MY BUSINESS. I cannot say enough good things about John Hudson, the mechanic(Sorry I didn't get your name) and Manager Neal for being very understanding, polite, and helping me when my tractor was down. Almost 2 weeks ago I came to Greenwich John Deere because Clifton Park John Deere would not help me to get my part, because 1) They couldn't figure out where it was and 2) even though I had the part in my hand they stated they could not duplicate it and told me to go to a machine shop. After 3 auto parts stores and one machine shop, and no avail, I was left holding a broken part, and a tractor that was still down, and a customer that was waiting on me to get my tractor fixed, because he had my word that I would do a fairly large rototilling project for him. I decided to go to Greenwich John Deere and even though one of the parts guy kinda fumbled on getting me a part for my tractor(It was backordered), John, Neal, and that specific mechanic came up with a fix for my 1025R. They even let me try and fix the tractor on my trailer, I couldn't get the part to seat righ because of a bracket that was in the way, but John guaranteed me that the part would fit. So I brought the tractor back home, took the whole right side fender off and loosened the bracket, and voila the part fit perfect and snug, and guess what, NO LEAKS! I'll post pictures so everyone can see what I'm talking about, but before I can't post this again, A+++++ for Neal, John, and the Mechanic at Greenwich John Deere!! Thank you guys very much again!    Read moreBought a Z530M in March of 2023, after telling the salesman I had 6 acres of orchards to mow, not manicured land in July of 2025, mower deck pulley broke clear off the deck. The service provider, Jess, was completely useless. Every time an issue arrived, she would say she would get back to me. All week I constantly had to chase her down to here them say they will NOT honor the warranty. At first she tried to say it was only 2 years, after talking to corporate, they told me 4 years. THIS IS A HUGE RED FLAG, TRYING TO GET OUT OF HONORING A WARRANTY. Went back and she said it still wasnt covered but would sell me a new one for $2200, after spend $5900 on the machine 2 YEARS AGO. Their sales guy Phil tried to offer $500 on a trade in, complete joke. I would not advise ANYONE to purchase anything from this dealership as they are too large to care about the customer. Their company culture is complete garbage. The only good thing was I was considering buying a new 2039R tractor next year, but experiencing this, they saved my $30k, I'll never advise anyone to buy John Deere as their quality is low and the service sucks even worse. They don't realize their are other companies out there trying to earn business, these folks are entitled spoil children who need to be disciplined. Garbage company, anyone working their should be ashamed of themselves, they are conartist, parasites.
To the corporate response: Your guys already screwed me over, don't try to look good here, not interested in an apology--you should call me up personally-YOU HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER-- and honor your warranty!!!!! ...

He loves his job, stays in touch, and humanizes the process, something sorely needed in today’s sales place, and is largely the reason I “stuck it out” through a long complicated decision making process resulting in the purchase of multiple implements and the right tractor for my needs. Thank you Phil, you rock! The entire team in Greenwich including service and delivery pulled together to get me my brand new 1025R spec’d correctly and delivered just in time to get an important home improvement job done, including a second trip due to some shipping issues which damaged the equipment. Each delivery was prompt and professional, and came with a quick review and personal touch. Again, top notch service. I’m immensely thankful to have this crews respectful and partner type approach to ownership and am confident I have chosen the correct shop for the many years of service and support these sorts of machines may require. I’m now 10 hours in, so I’ll go grease my zirc fittings and get back to work, thanks UA&T Greenwich & very happy harvest...
