I have ordered twice from Ambrosia Farms through the Whats Good app. First in the spring for plants ( second pic) and then in the fall for produce. My plants were hardy, robust and uniquely beautiful. Haven't yet tried the produce ( since I just received them) but they look flavorful. Nina thoughtfully added extra produce ( more potatoes and garlic). I have found Ambrosia provides quality produce, and are very prompt in responding to orders, and Nina travels from West Edmenston to New Hartford to deliver the produce ( couldn't be more convenient for me). I would highly recommend Ambrosia Farms!

I don’t know why I waited so long to come here! Nina was so helpful, sometimes it’s hard for me to shop for tomatoes without pictures of what the tomatoes look like since i’m a beginner but Nina was kind enough to show me instead of having to google everything like i was in the beginning. The prices are also the best around! I was expecting the veggies to be the same as the big brands you see at the local grocery stores since they’re organic and come in big pots but they’re cheaper & on top of that you get $5 off of a $25 purchase 🥰 I highly recommend this place!! don’t go anywhere else

My wife and I took our 6 year old granddaughter in early September ... what a great time we all had. Our “Bella” rode a horse (after she got to feed them!), tended to the garden (took home potatoes, tomatoes, corn, zucchini, squash, oh my!) The hosts Nina (the farmer) and Gene (the carpenter) couldn’t have been more accommodating! We stayed at The Horned Dorsett in town and went back for a 2nd day ... wonderful!

A Magical Day at Ambrosia Farms & Garden Center!

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Ambrosia Farms & Garden Center this past weekend with my granddaughter, and I can honestly say—it was magical! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and charm. My granddaughter was instantly smitten with the animals, especially the pony she got to ride and feed. She even created her very own fairy garden and spent most of the day happily trailing behind Nina, the incredible owner, soaking in every moment.

The fun wasn’t just for the little ones—I found myself completely at peace in the nursery, surrounded by vibrant flowers, fragrant herbs, and serene views. It truly felt like a sanctuary. The attention to detail is evident everywhere, especially in the beautiful handmade charcuterie boards crafted right on the farm. I couldn’t resist getting one for myself and another for my daughter-in-law.

Nina’s organic lavender soaps are another gem—gorgeously scented, made with love, and packed with only the purest ingredients. I stocked up on those too! The entire farm is bursting with life, love, and intention. Every herb, flower, and product is grown or made by Nina herself with such passion for healthy, sustainable living.

One of the most touching parts of our visit was learning that all the animals are rescues. They are deeply loved and clearly thriving in this haven Nina has created. Her devotion to both her plants and animals is truly inspiring.

Whether you're looking for a relaxing day in nature, something fun for the kids, or beautiful handmade gifts, Ambrosia Farms is a must-visit. Nina takes the time to make every guest feel welcome and informed. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning...

I had such a wonderful experience today at Ambrosia Farms and Garden Center. I was in search of flowers and found this hidden gem along the way. I didn’t see anyone when I arrived, but there was a small note with two telephone numbers to call if you needed assistance. I called and both owners arrived within minutes to assist me. Both were so friendly and welcoming. Nina walked around with me, showing me the different flowers and plants, while explaining the similarities and differences. She also threw in a few free plants for me to try! I’ll be supporting Nina from here on out. Not because of the free plants but because of the way she welcomed me and the kindness she showed. A feel good...
