Best ham I have ever had. I brought in a 300lb hogg. Hang weight. ;) And I asked for one large ham for personal consumption. We cooked the ham low for 18 hours. After this place already smoked it for 12. This ham weighed 42lbs. I did not add anything to this until the last hour of cooking. I added a little home made glaze. This ham was a hit.
