This company sold us 3 kegs and a tap system, but failed to inform us that the tap system (American) would not tap 2/3 kegs (Harp Lager - European taps). Our caterer had to run back to her restaurant in the middle of our wedding for extra kegs. When we returned the 2 full kegs that we had been moving around all weekend, the woman who had personally taken my order stated, "Oh, that was probably my fault." with no additional apology or explanation. She then had to go confirm that we were actually allowed to return the kegs that we hadn't been able to open.
I emailed Peter the General Manager whom I had spoken to before our wedding to express my displeasure on 10/9/17. He has not returned my email as of 10/19/17. His previous response times were less than 1 business day.

Read moreI look online to see what time they close and it says they don’t close until 4 pm on Saturdays. So I load my car full of cans and get all the way out there at 3:30 pm and no one is around. I look at the door and it looks like they rewrote the times they are open for Saturdays and they close at 3 pm instead of 4 pm which it says on their website. What a waste of my time and gas! Gas isn’t cheap. Update the time you close online if you are going to change the times...
