They’re usually really good but today(Saturday night) I made appts for myself and 2 kids for 7, 7:10, and 7:20 — got there 10 minutes before 7, like they requested, and checked in but the place was closed. Called and called and no one answered. Stayed until about 7:20 and left a voicemail requesting a call back. It’s now 8:30 and no one has returned my call. I’m thinking they need to update their days/hours on google and also their Solv app (where you schedule appointments). Walked into Chai Urgent Care and signed in with the kikos in 2 minutes. Within 5 minutes the doctor and assistant we're ready to take care of me. I had a bad laceration to my pinky that received 2 inside stitches and 12 outside stitches. Even had an x-ray to be sure the bone wasn't damaged. All completely finished in an hour or so . ( Any other place you would still be in the waiting room) I was so happy with the work that Dr. Jasmine and assistant Kristina did for me. Came to Chai about two weeks after my son suffered a tough bicycle accident at a summer camp in the region. Not only was the care center still open in the early evening, but the doctor was able to see my son and x-ray his knee in a very fast time. This was not nothing because his office was full of kids with various broken arms and legs.
