I always go here for maple season and pancake breakfast! They have a nice big tent with heaters that keeps everyone cozy. For breakfast, they have both buttermilk and buckwheat; sausage, a vat of melted butter (in my opinion this makes the experience elite in that you aren't ripping up your pancakes with frozen pats of butter) and of course their delicious maple syrup.
