Tanner and his crew spent two days outside in a pouring, wind-driven rain/snowstorm burying an underground power line. They coordinated everything with RGE and left everything neat and tidy when they were done. The weather forecast was so bad, we suggested that they re-schedule. Tanner's response was: "We committed to doing the job this week and we're going to honor that commitment." The RGE lineman who managed the power off/power process said: "I don't know any other electrician who would have worked in these conditions".

Tanner patiently answered all of my questions and was extremely accommodating. And, to top it off, the T.W. Fox price for this work was significantly better than anyone else quoted.

Tanner is a professional electrician and a skilled craftsman. Our upgrade required a meter move and a new service mast through the roof. Tanner answered all my annoying questions, always showed up on time, worked hard all day, communicated throughout the process, finished on time, and cleaned up after himself.
