Absolutely worst small business I have ever attempted to do business with.we were told our appliances would be in the end of September the latest the beginning of October. They finally delivered us a very expensive broken new stove that's unusable. They have no idea it could be months before the refrigerator arrives so after weeks of going back and forth with them they finally loaned us a refrigerator. The dishwash is here but there's no date on the microwave.oh and that stove it arrived with a broken computer module so the ovens do not work and the l&m management has no idea when or if they can get a new module but if they can't they're not expecting that particular stove in again until December.they have offered no apologies no explanation for their dishonesty because they knew the problems getting appliances in but assured us as would be here at the end of September I will never again do business with such a dishonest company. Went into L&M to compare prices to big box store and see if they had same items I was looking at. Found prices here to be comparable. While they did not have the range I was looking for, they had another in stock of same brand, I was also told that the one I had wanted could be ordered. The dishwasher that I was looking for they had. I ended up taking the other range and the dishwasher. I felt no pressure to buy, salesman did not try to talk me into something else or higher price. Also was not pressured into an extended warranty at time of purchase, which I knew I would have been at the big box store. Delivery was quick and efficient. L&M was Recommended by Nick Panasuik. This is our 2nd appliance from L&M. GE electric convection glass top stove, cooks as well as any gas or propane stove. Owner Joe is fully knowledgeable. Tell him what your looking for and he will provide. Only thing is I wished I took my Father's advice years ago and dealt with an appliance dealer like L & M. I had so many problems with big box stores appliances , I couldn't take it any more. I hope the guy has a long healthy life. We need a good appliance dealer around.
