Good place, good selection of products, nice staff. Now... with all that being said DO NOT BUY HAY RIGHT NOW (written mid January 2024)! It's 10(!!!!) dollars a bale and is absolute garbage quality, looks like someone baled the sweepings from the bottom of a hay barn, full of dust and all extremely short pieces, even for first cut. My sheep and rabbits will only pick at it so I'm having to supplement with hay stretcher. I only bought it due to a massive shortage in the area within 50 miles of my house. I assume whoever baled this was trying to benefit from the shortage and desperation of folks right now who can't use large round bales, and I really hope Walker's doesn't do business with them again without quality testing. Photos for comparison added, right is Walker's hay from my recent purchase and left is from them a few weeks ago before they got this batch in. The better quality stuff was also 8 a bale so I am dumbfounded how anyone thought this was ok. Price...

I live far away, so i called to ask about their exchange policy because my carhartt pants were too small. She told me there was no timeline as long as I had the receipt and tags still on the pants. So I take the long drive to walker’s and was told otherwise. That there is a 90 day policy. So disappointed!! I took the long drive to get denied my exchange how nice of them to inform in person tho! Went to walkers to get some wood pellets for my pellet stove. Had received a e mail from Karen stating pellets were 309.00 per ton breaks down to 6.18 per bag great price if buying by the ton. I asked the girl at the register if they offered a military discount she said yes then another woman came to the register and said I'm sorry we do do a military discount on wood pellets i was there so i said ok i bought 7 bags didn't ask the price on the bags mind you they are 309.00 by the ton so i just thought ok probably be around 6.75 per bag got home was looking at my receipt they charged me 7.89 per bag.
