Purchased 4 large very heavy cement urns (over 100.00 each) One of the urns was sold to us with a crack (unbeknownst to us). The urn was moved with the utmost care… upon moving the urn to our deck safely (via dolly), the top bowl of the urn literally fell off. It’s lucky it didn’t hurt anyone. There was absolutely no damage done to the piece on our part. I don’t believe the owner knew the crack was there when it was sold to us. I waited for the owner to do the right thing and replace the urn and apologize…instead, the owner kept coming up with scenarios on how we damaged the piece and would not replace the item. She continued to make the situation worse (after telling me on the phone that they would absolutely make things right). Her solution (after accusing my husband of breaking it) was to make me pay an additional $50 for a new one. Unethical. not God honoring, argumentative, not customer service oriented. Should not be the face of the company. Never apologized for any part of the problem, including the waste of three hours of my time driving to replace the urn. Never said thank you for my business. As a woman owned business, you can do better. Might be time for a little brush up on your customer service… This is my last purchase from this company. Not sure the $50 was worth losing a loyal customer over and a very bad review. Next time, do the right thing. Side note: The employees loaded the new urn into my vehicle and “twisted” the bowl to maneuver it into place.. It’s the same exact maneuver that the owner claimed my husband used that broke it....
