You can tell you’re in Franklinville when you call to order a cold cut sub and you hear them laughing in the background saying “ I don’t care I’m taking a break tell them 40 minutes” for an in toasted cold sandwich. The produce is consistantly off or worse, moldy on the shelf, they have a policy in the deli where if they have any old, shriveled rotisserie chickens in the cold case, no more are prepared fresh (hello, a staple for busy people as a convenience) and the prices, oh the gouging and over-pricing here in a relatively non-wealthy town is pretty disturbing.
