My boyfriend and I stopped here to play a couple games of bowling. We then proceeded to spend FIVE HOURS at this "establishment" We were nothing but nice and extremely polite to the owner/worker. We had a few little conversations. We were not doing so well In the game so we put the bumpers up. The owner noticed and proceeded to ask our ages and SCREAMED at us at the top of his lungs to both of us. My boyfriend spoke up and said he never told us to not do that at all. I was right there and he never said anything about the bumpers not being put up. As he walked all the way to back where the pins were screaming at the top of his lungs and calling us names. We could hear his words all the way in the back. We finished our game and we went up to pay so we could leave because of how he treated us. I then spoke up and just politely said that's not how you treat customers at all. He then started screaming at me about our ages and how we didn't need them. He was extremely rude and ignorant. Called us names and was extremely rude. My boyfriend came back in just as he was screaming at me because he heard him ALL the way outside! Beyond rude and terrible customer service. If I could leave a negative review i would!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AS A FAMILY ACTIVITY PLACE AND WOULD...

When you ask him for the slightest bit of service you can see the annoyance in his face while he pulls himself away from the computer he is glued to. The computer that he’s so into that he doesn’t even notice the customers at...
