This auction house has been around for a long time. I remember going to auctions with the live auctioneer with my dad as a kid. I hate it when we went to the auctions when I was a child but I do anything to go for that ramblin Man with the microphone again. Everything is done online so it's become much more of a seller's market but you still catch good deals. It is hard to get your stuff into auction for consignment as the demand is very high currently. I live about an hour away from the auction house so I'm not always able to make the two-day window they give you but the staff there is very patient, hardworking and make an effort to learn your name which I find to be an excellent customer-centered business practice.
