Relaxin Cabins — Local services in Town of Germantown

Didn’t have the best experience here. It wasn’t terrible.. but for the price we paid i expected it to be better. The place wasn’t super clean the floors were dirty and the pillows looked pretty yucky (slight yellow tint to them) We also never got to use the TV. We contacted the host and she was very slow to respond and eventually sent out a maintence man that couldn’t fix the issue and claimed they were going to see about getting electrical guys out to take a look but they never did that. Then we contacted the host again asking for a partial refund for these issues and they responded but ignored that question, and then said the owner would be calling us in the morning for a follow up and we never received the call. They double booked us and when we went to check in to the second cabin it was still dirty. They never got around to cleaning it so we got moved to a different one. My in laws had to move halfway in to their stay from one cabin to a different one because of the double booking. Contact with the owner was very slow and poor. They advertise that they're on a lake with walking trails but its just one loop and a dirty pond they expect us to swim in. We were all tempted to just check out early and leave but since we were only there for 3 nights we decided to just tough it out. Find somewhere else, its not...

This place was perfect, owners were super helpful and always ready to make sure our experience was the best it could be. I grew up going to cabins with my whole extended family and this year we decided to try somewhere new, and that new place was Relaxin Cabins. We rented out the entire place and to say we loved every second of it is an understatement, we even booked next year before we even left.
