I cannot say enough wonderful things about the incredible owner of Handsome Jack's Pet Club! As the proud owner of Elsie, a dog who is particularly sensitive about her paws being touched, I was nervous about finding a groomer who could handle her with care and patience. From the moment we arrived, Amber demonstrated an extraordinary level of compassion and professionalism.

What truly sets Handsome Jack's apart is their understanding and gentle approach with dogs who have special needs. They were incredibly patient with Elsie, taking extra time and care when dealing with her sensitive paws. Their skill and kindness transformed what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one for my beloved pup.

The results were nothing short of amazing! Elsie came home looking absolutely stunning - her coat was perfectly groomed, beautifully trimmed, and she smelled absolutely wonderful. But more importantly, she was wagging her tail and seemed genuinely happy, which speaks volumes about how well she was treated during her grooming session.

We recently boarded our dogs with Amber while we went on a cruise and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was a little nervous leaving them in a new environment but I couldn't have asked for a better set up. Amber has cameras in every stall (kennel?..not sure how to word it), had my dogs playing outside daily, cleaned my dog off when he decided to dig in the mud then roll in it, provided love and attention to them that just made their stay with her enjoyable. My dogs were happy, healthy, and exhausted from playing hard when I picked them up. I will 100% be using Handsome Jacks again in the future when we go away...in fact we already plan to use them again in mid-July.

Amber and her assistant are so sweet and took great care of our fur children. They have never been to the groomers before and Amber made it a very pleasant experience. She does it in the comfort of her own home which gives it a personal touch. Amber walked out to meet me when I pulled in and her and her assistant helped me walk the two dogs inside. Amber took the time to chat for a few minutes assuring me all will be ok and the process before I left my fur children in her care. I was completely comfortable leaving them with her. She is very knowledgeable about each pets fur type and how to maintain it. And according to her our dogs had a great time too!
