Updated 7/23/2025: had a follow up tuneup visit for my Generac Generator by the service provider Jones technician named Matthew came out. He was informative, kind, and respectful of the property. He assured that my system was working fine and that the tuneup that they perform went great. He explained to me in great detail the work that he completed and any follow up that I might need to do once again Jones has been servicing my house Needs for the last two years now And I’m Thoroughly happy with the service and the work. Had a follow-up visit today with Jones. They discuss installing a generator system for my home met with Rick S. he was patient and very detailed about the process. He explained to me the work and also what my financial options would be gave me multiple options to choose from. I settled on what I felt was the most cost-effective looking forward to the work. has done multiple services in my home and I believe this will be no different based on how on how professional they have been on the previous visits to the property. I expect no less to be done with my new generator. Had a second visit by a Jones technicians, first was Rommer he came the day before and didn’t assessment of my outlets for my dryer, took pictures and was professional and explained the job in detail of what I was expect when the technician actually arrived. The next day technician Adrian arrived. He also explained the work and what he be doing. He was thorough work was done clean and I was given a new outlet for my dryer system, and it was done professionally and cleaned afterwards wiped down and made sure everything was returned, including Furniture back to its original state. The outlet works great minimal damage as there was some cutting of sheet rock, but overall is highly unnoticeable. Then another gentleman who unfortunately I did not catch his name was rerouted a day early to my home and was able to fix the dryer vent behind a wall. He also was professional kind and courteous. All three men came to my home within a two day period and completed, the job task at hand in a clean, neat and professional manner with little to no disruption to me and my family. I will say this as much as I like Jones they are not always the most cost-effective option ,but they are the quality option and they get the job done right.. less than a month. I’ve had three major electrical and heating ductwork jobs Completed by them and all of them were done in professional ,safe and effective manner, would highly recommend to anyone that they should call Jones first. Had Jones electrical services come out to my house to install a new electrical box. Technician named Victor showed up. He was dressed professionally. He was able to explain to me the job that he was here to do. He took pictures and went through the process of what it takes to ensure safe transition of electrical boxes for upgraded box. This was a tough job on a 90° day to shut the power off in order to do this eight hour job. He worked very hard and spent a lot of time explaining to me what he was doing Checking in with me to show me the progress at the end was not only tested And updated with the county, but also labeled and tested each breaker.it was all professionally done and efficient. All done same day. Would definitely recommend Jones again and if you get Victor, he really knows what he’s doing. Consider yourself fortunate.

Michael and Cameron were Great! They arrived on time, both professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. They installed our new furnace and AC unit in hours, not days. They cleaned up after themselves, took all the old equipment and trash with them. We would definitely recommend Jones Services to anyone searching for HVAC professionals. A different Michael came back on Saturday to fix a small issue. He was fun, professional and thorough. Visited by Manny (1 month in) and also by Josh (2 months in) due to AC failure. Very professional and thorough; turns out Josh found leaks internally in system - manufacturer issues - waiting on parts. Response time excellent. Thoroughness of diagnostics excellent. Thank you Josh for finding those leaks! Mike and Cam came out today, August 28 to install new coil. Efficient work and fingers crossed that it works. Oh, and Mike broke the door lock and duct taped door on! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Visited today, August 29, by Butch, 2 1/2 months after new install and still having problems. Butch came this morning and was here most of the day diagnosing why my AC unit keeps underperforming. Butch did an amazing job, even crawling under my home, trying to find possible leaks. He gave us some suggestions to help with airflow and we are pleased with the outcome. Again, hoping the problems don't persist, but very happy with his skill, knowledge and persistence in trying to locate problem.... why my AC continues to blow warm air. It's working now and praying it continues. Thank you Butch! You're amazing. October 15th I turned furnace on and NOTHING! HAD TO CALL SERVICE AGAIN! A switch in back of furnace was off. Here we are December 7th and NO HEAT. It's 56° in my house and 37° outside. Called service and no one can come until tomorrow- Not surprised! Anthony came out at 8:30 am on Sunday, December 8th. After 1.5 hours, the gas valve and igniter are bad and now we wait in a freezing cold house until tomorrow for parts. THIS FURNACE IS NOT EVEN 6 MONTHS OLD!! I have left soooo many messages for the owner, Anthony, and the service manager, Greg to call me and have gotten NO RESPONSE!! THESE Tech have been to my home over 10 times in under 6 months!! MY NEXT CALL IS TO BBB AND THE BANK I FINANCED THIS LEMON THROUGH!! MAYBE THIS REVIEW WILL GET A RESPONSE.... I DEMAND A NEW FURNACE!!!! I will end by saying that Anthony, today's technician, was wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind. All of the Techs have been great, but management sucks!!

This was my first time using Jones services which I was referred through Mitsubishi, I was in the market for a ductless AC unit. Matt Torre was my onsite specialist, he called to let me know he was on his way and arrived within 15 mins. Upon arrival he wore a face mask and put paper booties over his footwear. Working with Matt has made my first time dealing with Jones Service a smooth and fun experience. He truly cared about my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required to make the right decision in purchasing a Mitsubishi AC/Heating unit. What more can i say other than I'm a satisfied customer. Second part of my review, The Install. Brandon Y. and Angel J. were my Techs / Installers. Having both of these men was an absolute pleasure which in turn made my install FLAWLESS! They arrived as schedule, were very professional and went above and beyond to answer any question I had and was more than willing to satisfied my needs. The Techs made sure they wore their mask at all times and wore booties upon entering the house, the work area with their tools was organized & safe and install was extremely neat. Michael and Cameron were Great! They arrived on time, both professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. They installed our new furnace and AC unit in hours, not days. They cleaned up after themselves, took all the old equipment and trash with them. We would definitely recommend Jones Services to anyone searching for HVAC professionals. A different Michael came back on Saturday to fix a small issue. He was fun, professional and thorough. Visited by Manny (1 month in) and also by Josh (2 months in) due to AC failure. This was my first time using Jones services which I was referred through Mitsubishi, I was in the market for a ductless AC unit. Matt Torre was my onsite specialist, he called to let me know he was on his way and arrived within 15 mins. Upon arrival he wore a face mask and put paper booties over his footwear. I would give zero stars if it let me. First about this company, you get to talk to an AI Chat Bot named Sara. She'll have a dispatcher call you back. I contacted this company Thursday night to have my hot water heater replaced. I had hot water but the tank was leaking. Friday morning a plumber named Mike came over to give me a price. To me, I like Mike. I wish he was a private contractor I would hire him again. Anyway I was quoted $3,106 to replace a hot water heater. I know that is high for my area I live in Hawley Pennsylvania, but I wanted the hot water heater replaced as soon as possible so I agreed. Mike went to get the hot water heater and came back. He finished hooking everything up around 3 pm. He told me it would take an Hour to get hot water. No problem. I waited until 4:30 PM to call to inform the water was not getting hot.

Here is where the problem is. You don't get to talk, to the plumber who did the work for you. You don't get contact info or anything. So you have to call their main number talk to Sara again. I had someone call me back around 5 pm that night. This person told me they would have to contact dispatch and dispatch would be in touch with me shortly (I should have asked what their definition of shortly was) 9:36 AM Saturday Morning. I called again, this time a rep told me she'll mark it as an emergency and have dispatch call me.

Dispatch called me back and told me she had no one available for Saturday. I didn't think they would have, but told me I would get the first call Sunday Morning. I would be on top of the list.

I had my alarm set for 8 AM. I work late hours and sleep in the mornings, but I didn't want to miss a call from the plumber, because their plumbers use PRIVATE numbers and if you miss the call you have to go through the whole ordeal again. at 8:37 AM I was a bit concerned when no one called me to set up an appointment. I called the number again and spoke to a different person. She told me that the last person never indicated it should be early morning on the notes and that I would have to wait until the afternoon. No time given to wait.

So in conclusion before contacting Jones, I had running hot water but a leaky tank. After Contacting Jones I have no hot water, but at least the tank doesn't leak.

For 3 grand you should expect to get better customer service.

I don't blame Mike for the issues. Anything could have happened. A lose wire, a faulty new hot water heater. Any thing, I blame customer service (Dispatch) for giving me wrong times, and not treating me like a...
