Recently purchased a Christmas Tree stand through Amazon. When it arrived it was missing fastener hardware. Inside the box had a card that had contact information if it was missing parts. Specifically said do not contact the seller, but contact them. So I had already went back to Amazon and on Amazon it also said to contact Quickway Imports. Bottom line after exchanging several emails and getting the run around with no solution in sight. And; Obviously I’m not the first one to have issues with the contact card in the box. Tells me now that this company has a quality issue and it taught me to spend more time researching the product I’m buying. I would not purchase anything from this company. One upset customer over Christmas Tree Stand just weeks before Christmas. Poor customer service. All I requested was the 4 fastener bolts that should have been in the box. I had a less than positive experience with customer service. I reached out when my poorly packaged item came with broken pieces. I originally ordered through Amazon, who required a full return, instead of just the pieces I needed replaced--they also didn't have another available for me to purchase. I was referred back to Amazon after speaking with Quickway's customer service, even though their insert in the package supported getting replacement pieces that broke in transit. Bought vintage luggage suitcase of this company via Amazon. Paid $200 AUD, the big luggage suitcase arrive without latches. Product completely defective. I proceeded to email them and they told me to deal with it through Amazon. Rather than coming to a customer solution of sending me 2 new latches, instead expect me to lodge a return case with Amazon for a full refund and return of the product.
