I used vita drip on my wedding day and had the worst experience with not only the service but mostly the business owner Tiffany in handling the situation. You have to pay $50 whether you get a service or not and they will try to charge you even more. I was accessed over 6 times and my hand swelled up so badly I couldn’t get my ring on. Bloody needles and medical supplies were left all over my bridal suite. This was a bad experience that I was willing to write off but then I get a bill for the entire service that I never actually received- 2 liters of fluid that never entered my body. I would have been willing to compensate the nurse for her time but having the situation handled in that manner was like spitting in my face. When I tried speaking with the owner about it she was extremely condescending and argumentative and the conversation continued to escalate. Everything about their poor business practices was blamed on me. I was blamed for wanting an IV for my wedding day, I was blamed for my body not being able to be accessed, I was blamed for not reaching out to get an updated bill, I was blamed for seeking a deposit back which suddenly became a non refundable appointment fee when I noted I did not get the actual service. My wife ordered IV services for her wedding day. The nurse came and was not only unable to provide the services after poking and prodding for 3 hours. Her hand was so swollen that she was unable to get her ring on. The nurse then left bloody medical equipment all over the room, which is not only disgusting, but a medical hazard.
