I purchased a Anderson Hybrid X Bale wrapper in 2019. John promised me delivery, setup and demo at time of purchase. I had to pick up the unit myself and learn "on the job" because they were "too busy". Now after 5 years of use I have had to replace almost every hydraulic line because they used cheap "knock-off" hose. And no help from the dealer. Update 2023 5 more hoses replaced. Update 2024 7 hoses replaced. Update 2025 all hoses but two have been replaced, no help...

Very friendly, polite & professional guys ... fast unload. Location is easy to find & there is a large truck stop nearby. I don’t mind delivering here again...
