K & A House of Bounce — Local services in Town of Greenburgh

What a great find! We wanted to throw our kids a small post birthday party (belated due to corona virus) and invited just a small amount of kids. We wanted it to be a backyard party and the bouncy house was the perfect way to keep everyone outside and entertained. I asked around and looked at some old clippings I had found from local monthly magazines. I found a clipping of K&H House of Bounce and called them along with a few other places. They were the most reasonably priced AND the owner went above and beyond. He was very flexible with us Regarding time and length of rental. He did a great job with the assembly and was very personable. The bounce house was immaculate and in excellent condition. Clearly very well cleaned and taken care of.

Turns out they have theme signs that can be Velcro’d on to the front of the bounce house. We didn’t think to ask about that. After the owner saw our theme he told us that he could have brought it for us had he known our theme. He left after the bounce house was up and running. Then showed up again just 30min later with the theme sign. He had driven all the way back to his warehouse, got the sign and brought it to us for the bounce house. To me this was going above and beyond his responsibility. We really appreciated his thoughtfulness and the kids loved the sign. The sign really made the whole party theme complete!

We have been using K&A for years and have even forwarded business to our friends who are returning customers as well. We also get the Snow Cone machine (which is easy to use and a party favorite) and a large tent, table and chairs. The tent is always of great quality and has never leaked on years with rain. It is a must for our sunny summer parties. Owner is very personable and friendly to work with.
