I have made a few trips to Tip-Top over the years, and have always been impressed with the team. Mark has helped me on the floor almost every time and is wonderful to work with.
This past visit, really exceeded my expectations. There was a problem with one of the items I had delivered, and Donna Mae worked to help me out. What impressed me most is the dedication and commitment to make things right. The issue wasn't something that was Tip-Top's fault, or honestly even their responsibility, it was the manufacturer. Too many places these days would have washed their hands of me and left me to deal with the manufacturer, but Donna Mae took the ball and ran. She kept me updated and informed and was a true advocate for me until the issue was resolved.
The team at Tip-top is amazing, Mark, Donna Mae, even the delivery team that came were amazing, and I feel bad I don't remember their names. The bad, mattress, sectional, table and stools I have gotten there over the years have held up great.... and the next time I want to upgrade something in the house, or the kids break something, I will one million percent be going to see Mark, Donna Mae and the team. The care taken by the delivery team was comforting. Fred and his delivery team took just as much care in protecting , the interior of our home from damage , as they did protecting our new furniture. NOW , the most impressive aspect of Tip Top Furniture. We had issues with 2 pieces of bedroom furniture we ordered. The issues were because of a manufacturing defect. It took two attempts , on the manufacturer's part to get it corrected. Donna Mae was diligent in making sure the issue was resolved. It took several months , but Donna Mae kept us informed throughout the entire process.    Read moreI have purchased furniture from Tip Top since the 70s. My entire house is filled with furniture from their store. Since Ken Dudley’s daughter took over my opinion of the store has plummeted. I bought a $9,000. Dollar recliner on 2019. I also had a traumatic injury on November 3, 2019, broke my femur and they did a total hip replacement. I LIVED in that recliner. However, it stopped reclining and we couldn’t fix it. I called Tip Top where I was ignored for the most part. A couple guys did come up, said I needed a new part and it would take two weeks. That was in the spring. It’s now almost October. I have called, emailed and finally sent a written letter to Donna Mae. NOT EVEN THE COURTESY TO CALL BACK AFTER THE LETTER. So......they’re as friendly as can be IF YOU’RE BUYING. But if you have a problem they just ignore you. VERY BAD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. I wish Ken Dudley still ran it....
