Soo unprofessional! This guys wife gave me his number on a Facebook post and I was told if I brought my car to his "shop" I could get an estimate and diagnosis. When I arrived, a dog met my mother and I at the door. There was no waiting area, and not to mention he made it very awkward by not offering to get us chairs. Then another "customer" entered the "shop" and it was as if we weren't even there. Completely ignored us for 20 mins leaving us just standing there while he tended to her every need. Looked at my car for a whole 2 mins and when i asked for an estimate of the price I was told he would "call me." Which didn't make any sense because that's why I was there to know how much it would cost me. Rushed me and my mom out the door again with no where to wait, took my number and never called. As to the problem with my car it was a gas leak, which it a serious problem and needed to be fixed right away. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Extremely rude and...

Over the past year and a half I have spent over $1k on troubleshooting my 2014 Jeep Trailhawk which was repeatedly and increasingly skipping as though the fuel supply was interrupted. It wasn't backfiring so much as it was skipping along with hiccups. 2 top Jeep dealerships, 1 in S Florida and 1 in Quebec, were unable to diagnose the problem and left me sputtering out the driveway because there was no error code on the dash. They flushed the fuel system, had their top engine and transmission techs drive and inspect it. Nothing. Finally an engine light appeared after 1k miles or so more. Ed took it in found the problem and returned it same day. My Jeep drives like a charm after he changed the spark plugs and coil boots!
