Stonehedges Golf Course — Local services in Town of Groton

Just completed a weekend of golf at Stonehedges. Would like to thank everyone at the course for a great time! The golf course was in super condition, with the recent renovations, the course seems to get better every time I play there. The new outside deck is amazing and beautiful. The absolute WORST golf experience I’ve ever had in my life. Clubhouse staff has terrible attitude, cart barely worked. To top it all off they allowed a group of at least 20 to go ahead all playing the same hole at the same time. Would never come again even if they paid me. Course is in awful condition…. The list goes on. If you want to waste $40 you’d be better off buying a can of paint and beating...

What a wonderful, impeccably maintained, true hidden gem. Very hilly with great views, wide variety of hole types, strategic, water in play. Greens are firm, lush and tricky if you are not in the right spot. 4.5 stars! Multiple elevated tee boxes for all levels. And $25 for 18 with a cart? A must play!
