Lock C2 Mechanicville (South), Champlain Canal — Local services in Town of Halfmoon

I've gone through probably 100 locks, and without a doubt, Rodney the lock supervisor has got to be the most unprofessional lock operator I have ever dealt with. After having spoken with some of the other lock operators on the Champlain canal he seems to have a reputation as always being on a power trip and rude to boaters, coworkers, and other people in general.

This guy is one of those people who have probably never actually gone on a boat let alone through a lock, so he has no clue what is involved with operating a vessel.

He is NOT someone who should be involved with the NYS Canal Corporation and is a bad representative of what otherwise is a good experience.

This is coming from someone who has traversed the entire Erie Canal, not some rookie. Rodney needs to be terminated and is making the other lock...
