My mother took my autistic son for a trim because I am sick and couldn't do it myself....Mind you he had a Leonardo from titanic hair cut before. My mom's usual girl (who does a good job on my mom's hair) double booked I guess and said that the lady that is cutting my sons hair will be back that she had to go to the school to teach something. She was 15 minutes late when she did show up. My mom said he just needs a trim.....She did NOT wash my son's hair before or after the cut. I've never heard of a place not washing the hair with the hair cut. She told her not to cut his bangs above his eye brow. She was doing it so fast when my mom looked up from her phone he was getting a mullet!!!! She said oh you gotta blend that back and shorter in the back... the Results are what we have in the picture. Jagged uneven choppy hair line in the back with stray longer hair chunks......even the front looks like she was trying to frame an invisible widows peek! And soooo short. My son is autistic and gets treated differently as it is but giving him a messed up nearly military short hair just furthers the bad stigma he already gets. I mean think forest gump....all the stereo types that go with it. He is a good Handsom boy and deserves to have a haircut that matches his face frame and compliments him. Not a hurry up chop job. My mother told them he has a lot of cowlicks that we don't want his hair short but keep it longer so to make it not stand up like alfalfa. It's december why would he want to remove like 4 or 5 inches of hair in the cold of winter anyways? And why did they not listen to anything my mom suggested or stated? Will NOT be sending him back to that salon. I guess I shoulda spent the extra dime and went to syracuse or oswego....not a local nearby one that has a salonist that clearly can not cut male cuts. I mean I think the Walmart haircut he had a few years ago is better than this. And my autistic son who has sensory issues had to drive home itchy from not washing his hair.
