I don't understand how they have a 4.6? They had my car a month I got it back had it for a week and supposedly blew a second computer.(Probably because they chose to put a used junkyard computer in a car that would never accept it). Took it back after the second time it broke down now I have a junk car with more problems than what it had when I took it there. The owner was unapproachable and acted like I was the problem when I questioned why they never called me and never gave me the option of what to put in my car. I wouldn't have ever said yes to a used computer. The part that gets me is they lied to me. They supposedly traced all the electrical in my car but how did they possibly do that without removing the dash. Before anyone says anything about saving me money I never asked for you to save me money I wanted my car to go more than 10 minutes without...

I took my car there to have the brakes bled. I pick the car up and I go to check the brakes and the peddle is just as soft as it was when I dropped it off.

I said to the lady, “the brake pedal is still soft.” She said she’d go back and talk to the mechanic. She came back out and said it was done and it might be a problem with the master cylinder.

I almost started laughing, but I said, “it’s four years old. It’s not the master cylinder.” She then replied, “well that’s the nest we can do. If you want better you should take it to the dealer.”

Imagine having someone do work on your car and when they do a bad job they say, “….whelp that’s the best I could do. That’ll be $120 bucks...

Got a hold of them needing urgent help with a vehicle we had purchased from a private seller. We were 3 hours away from home and it was undrivable. The staff here was incredible. They were straight forward with what would and wouldn't be able to do before the weekend came. Even though they had a full schedule they did their best to help us in our difficult situation. I had a panic attack about the things wrong with the vehicle and a female staff member took me outside and helped calm me down so my husband was able to talk with the mechanic. 5 stars all day for this place. They made a terrible situation a lot more bearable and helped us to the best of their abilities as fast...
