Love the people and service here and most of all I love knowing that I'm getting high quality produce and meat! I recently bought a med sized box of mixed beef. I absolutely love this beef here!! We normally eat only chicken or turkey for the past 20 some years. I never like the odd pieces of grissle or whatever it's been in beef from the store. Or the strings of connective tissue. Ewww Even more terrifying is the fact that most are pumped up with antibiotics. We have tried beef here and there thru the years but we'd ALWAYS get rot gut for a few days afterwards! I have to say the beef here is no where near what's sold in stores!! We are almost at the end of the box of beef and I've not found one gross gristle or string of connective tissue or being or arteries at all!
