I have come here every spring since I have known about it. 2-3 weekends in the spring they have their open house with all you can eat pancakes (really good) and sausage. Your beverage and ice cream is included in the price. During the open house you can have your own containers filled up with pure maple syrup at a discount. They also have a little store where you get syrup already bottled, bbq sauce, mustard, maple candy, and other gift stuff.
