I gave this PX two stars for two reasons.
My first being they are highly overpriced in comparison to other PX's or BX's I have been to. I bought an Old Navy hoodie here for my daughter, I believe it was marked at 30 bucks. We went to the actual Old Navy store in Monroe later that week, and they had it marked down half that price!
The second reason for my low rating is due to the awful customer service here. I have asked for help at customer service, and after the representative couldn't figure out how to help, she literally just walked away and said, "I don't know, I can't figure this out." She didn't even try to find someone to help her.
On another occasion, I had a customer service representative literally talk over me when I was trying to explain a situation with my online pickup item and what it was.
Pretty much between the overpricing and the deplorable customer service, I truly try to avoid this place...
Read moreGorga… Georga? However you spell her name—she was RUDE for absolutely no reason. She got visibly irritated at me because my barcode rang up as an error. Rather than offering a simple apology or showing any courtesy, she turned and apologized to the customer behind me instead. When she finally decided to complete my transaction, she intentionally avoided eye contact and stared downward the entire time until handing me my receipt. I also witnessed her talking to another customer like she was irritated with him as well. Mind you - it was a weekday and there were probably about 5 total customers in the entire store. I'd hate to see her on a busy day.
I expect better treatment and respect from a civilian who interacts with hardworking Soldiers on such a prestigious base.
If she claims to be a "church goer" she needs to reevaluate her patience & temper because Jesus would be kind and patient...

The manger has been giving the run around, avoids my calls and has yet to email or call me (as she said she would so I know when my ring will be there.) When I first started the process she informed me that the process should not take to long (about 2-3 weeks) i have been dealing with this since June 16th. I informed her that I needed my ring before july 18th as I was leaving for a wedding. The day before I was leaving I called to see if my ring was there and an employee told me she hadn't ordered it. I will never do a trade up on my ring with AAFES ever again. At this point I dont know when I will get my new ring and I probably can't get my old one back either.
