I was not rude I simply asked a question of your employee that was waiting on me face to face about why she wasn't wearing a mask. I'm not sure who you are or if you were there and witnessed the interaction between your employee and I. But I believe she was very snippy and rude with me. And your response to anybody that is unhappy with your service seems to be that it's all the customers fault, and that we should be kinder Yes we all should be kinder and that includes everybody. Employees not wearing masks. Inside rest room unavailable to customers. When I asked why no masks? the reply was " I believe in freedom of choice." I won't be shopping here again. Freedom of choice. Sad that your employees don't care about protecting your customers...
Read moreI love Anderson's. They have fantastic fresh, local produce, cheese, eggs, meat, and poultry, all at reasonable prices. Their NY state aged cheddar is delicious--and half the price of less good artisan cheddar at Wegman's. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is doing sensible things to keep people safe during the pandemic, such as wiping down shopping baskets with disinfectant between customers. Both staff and customers wear masks and maintain physical distance. The doors are always open allowing for good airflow.
