The Treasure Hut — Local services in Town of Hoosick

I recently moved away from NY to Florida and figured I’d try to sell some of my items I couldn’t take with me to The Treasure Hut. I sent my sister down with a truck load of furniture, a brand new digital picture frame and a brand new instapot. Most of which is of good quality, the only thing that needed work was a dresser that was missing a handle. The owner of The Treasure Hut decided to offer 25 dollars for the entire truckload. Which is mind boggling to me. I understand that she is running a business however that is an insult to offer that little for that amount of items. Furthermore from the moment my sister arrived at The Treasure Hut she was met with a bad attitude. Yesterday we brought a truckload of items down for my brother who recently moved across the country, from the moment we arrived I felt we got attitude. Our first stop at this shop. It is easy to access with plenty of parking. The inside has lots of reasonably priced items. Lots of Harley items for sale. Plenty of pictures and one of a kind hand made items for purchase. Furniture, lamps, baskets, wooden boxes, statues...... Definitely...
