I am not normally someone who writes reviews but this has to be the single handed worst customer experience I have ever had. I started by trying to find a center console for my truck and called to confirm that a location was pick and pull before making the 2 hour drive to which the person over the phone told me it was. Upon arrival I was told the location was not and I had to order the part. After I ordered the part and drove home I received a call later that day saying the part was not available. I attempted to order 3 different consoles with the same result every time until there was only one left in their system that was “for sale”. After ordering the last one and going to pick it up, it was missing almost half of the pieces that I was told would come with it and was absolutely trashed! I was offered zero compensation, I had to initiate all communication efforts to get my refund, and there was ZERO sense of feeling valued as a customer throughout the entire process. Very ...

I just ordered a center console for my truck last week, confirmed with representative on the phone that it was the full console and even called back a second time to verify. It came in a week later, i sent my buddy to pickup for me and it was the jumpseat that I ALREADY HAVE!! Wasted my time and my friends! I called back and followed up, another person said they had mislabeled a lot of the jumpseats as full center consoles and after him searching he couldn't find one for me. I will NEVER shop here again. I have tried repeatedly with LKQ and its just disappointment and wasted time. I found a console at Morrison's in Edgerton and they even had a picture online for me to verify. Based on their 4.5 review rating i will be shopping there for used parts...
   Read moreFound the rim I need. Shipped quickly. This was my first time calling. My first call was to one of their retail stores who of course explained that the item couldn't be shipped to me. Price was approximately $70 for picking it up (shipped to store). Called the online store, was quoted $105, but didn't have all my info to make sure I was getting the right one so got the quote and extension to call back - VM when I called back so called again, got another technician who quoted me almost $300. When I balked at the new price, he found another one for $192 (I then conferenced in a friend who was helping me to confirm the part and price).
