Mac is very professional and follows through to ensure that each job is done properly, and to the best possible extent. We are very happy with his work!

MAC and Mike installed security lights and cameras for outdoors and they did such a thorough job! MAC is very knowledgeable and explain to us how everything works. It is a pleasure working with DS and especially these two men!

We’ve been working most recently with Ron on getting estimates for two more projects we would like to do next. Ron has been so helpful, responsive and thorough in his delivery of the information we needed. DS Electric is an exceptional company with an outstanding team of electricians! My husband and I highly recommend them!

Brad has come out several times to help with installing fixtures, lighting, heat, timers etc. this time he installed an outdoor lamp by the pool and a timer for greenhouse lighting. Brad is so professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with! Installation of the outdoor lamp could’ve been very complicated, but he installed it quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful to have people like Brad and Dave to do our electrical work!

Dave, the owner,, spent a lot of time listening to us to see what our needs were and to explore the different options. It was very helpful! Then Brad came and did a brilliant job of installing electricity and a light in our greenhouse, and he also ran electric out to our pool heater. Both required digging long underground trenches and he and his team did a very good job! I highly recommend D & S and we will definitely use them again.

Roman came back again to install more grow lights in our greenhouse. Quick, efficient, and great job!

Brad has done several jobs for us on our greenhouse setting up the grow lights and then coming back to do repairs when I messed up something! He’s so quick and efficient and does an excellent job, as did his assistant, Shane! I would highly recommend this whole team!

Brad was in again today, to fix outdoor lights that went out and affected the indoor lights as well and he works power. We were very grateful. He always does...

Third Post: DS electric is now DS home services but still the same satisfaction. As I’ve stated DS staff are very professional and cordial. Thanks to Mac and Mikey my new panel and outlets are up. These two young men were very professional and responsive to my electrical needs. As long as DS does not change the way they do business they’ll always have this customer. I have recommended my friends to DS and they were also very impress. Thank you Mac from start to finish you were exemplary. Mikey I wish you all the best in your professional journey it was very nice to see a young men like you being so professional and nice 😊 gives me hope as a mom of boys.

Second post. I recommend DS. The electrician staff are excellent the team at the office very friendly. Be prepared to wait as they are extremely busy in light of everyone doing home renovations but they do a great job. A shout out to Brad just an awesome electrician he break down everything he's doing in lay man terms. You can tell he's been doing this for a while. They clean up after themselves too ☺

First post: I had issues with ADT doorbell shorting my transformer. DSS technician stayed until he figured out the problem. The electrician even went to Home depot to get the item after it blew a second time. He was very apologetic with the amount I had to pay because of how long it took for him to figure it was ADT equipment not my transformer. If an employee is apologizing for the amount of time it took him to solve a problem that was not his fault and how much I had to pay this shows the moral character of this company. I had to call the owner after ADT equipment blew the transformer again he graciously said he'll be available for the technician that ADT sent to stand by his staff work. Dave you are a rare quality amongst wolves. I hope your moral compass never change. I look forward to working with you in the future. PS: ADT finally took ownership of their equipment issues and finally is about to resolve this...

They did an ok job but their communication and knowledge of their own business process is lacking. The installation was ok, nothing to rave about, they did something to our electrical box which caused out solar panels to be disconnected. We had to have people come out twice to fix it. Thankfully the second person knew what he was doing. We had an inspection done by their sub contractor in October, the same person called in April to inspect it????? We had to make several calls to them asking for confirmation that the permit was closed and that no other actions were required. All they did was send us a copy of the permit which should have been provided when they did the work. Their written communication is misleading. We finally got disgusted and got the answer ourselves which we should not have to do for the price we paid. I would not recommend them unless you was an ok installation and time to follow up, follow up, have problems they caused fixed and then have to have someone come out again.

UPDATE: The owner of the company contacted us to get the facts on what happened and we also found out there were two additional permits open. He had already taken steps to correct the permit tracking, but immediately took other steps and even came out when the town building inspector reviewed the work, which was very helpful since we would not have been able to answer all of the questions. If I were to rate them today, it would be 4 stars because I think his staff could do a better job, but he is working on that. I would hope anyone reading this would realize the pride that Dave, the owner, takes in his business and would give him a chance to do work for you. We would have him do work at our home again if needed. But a take away for all customers is to ask what permits are open, get copies, and...
