Birchwood Golf Development — Local services in Town of Jamestown

As noted by another reviewer the customer service element is nonexistent at this business. It always seems like the clubhouse attendant is bothered when taking our payment to golf here. I occasionally play on Tuesday's and Thursday's in the best shot and each time we go the lady in the clubhouse is consistently rude and short with us and others I've seen them interact with.

Other than that, this is a very fun course that can be challenging if you play the back tees. The course is usually in very good shape minus that the greens are usually very slow and tee-box grass tends to be long. Amazing views at this course up on the bluffs looking down at the Mississippi. Tee boxes and greens tend to be under groomed. No first cut of rough around the fairways. Worth going to for the views and experience, but not a course I would want to regular at...
