Quick story, my landlord refused to pay to upgrade our electricity. We had a home inspection and the house would not pass for us to get a mortgage on. Well I guess she wasn't happy about that. So middle of August 2021 fuse box from the earliest days finally went. National grid came out and deemed house electric unsafe and out of code. So the pulled our meter. 5 kids, pregnant wife. Middle of the summer. So I paid out of my pocket for a house I cant buy. But the hero's of this story is GORE ELECTRIC!! The concern, the attention, the respect, the caring was unbelievable!!! From the office lady to the employees, to the amazing owner!! I've never experienced something quite like it. So many amazing details I could tell but so little time. Had Gore electric install General Generator while I could not be home. I was told that someone would stop by to go over generator operation and maintenance after installation. They were paid promptly remainder of balance upon completion. I called them to notify them I was back home and they could not make it that week. 3 weeks went by and I notified them I was back in Home and they told me that they have someone in area that day that would stop by to review installation and generator operation and maintenance. I waited all day even though I had numerous errands and rescheduled appointment so that I would not miss whomever was coming to meet me. Called several times throughout the day and again was reassured someone would be coming. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP!
