Utterly thrilled with the work Cabinet Designers did for us! They took one huge bathroom and turn it into two - a dedicated master bath and a full guest bath. They also extended a hallway to improve the layout of the bathrooms and bedrooms. We had design and layout ideas going in, but Becki and Jesse came up with far better ideas that we never would have thought of and that ultimately made for a finished project that is more coherent, more comfortable to use and more fun to decorate.

The new bathrooms and hallway are great, and elicit oohs and aahs from everyone. Each bath looks like it was always meant to be there just as it is—there is no skimping or compromising on space or anything else. Our guests have a beautiful room with some decorative features that make it feel special, and we have a spectacular room that came out exactly the way we described we wanted.

The design process was really fun and Becki never lost energy, always came up with appealing suggestions, and kept the process moving. She also stayed on top of the construction phase so she could weigh in on decisions that had to be made then.

The demo/construction phase went very smoothly. The whole team was easy to communicate and work with. Each worker was skilled, meticulous and consulted with us throughout, including when unexpected decisions had to be made, and week-to-week we could see how carefully and thoughtfully all the workers approached their jobs. The team also kept the house as clean as possible throughout, and all in all, we felt confident and comfortable that the work was being done at the highest level in every respect. We couldn’t be more pleased.

And one last, and IMPORTANT, consideration — there is no exaggerating how seriously Cabinet Designers takes customer satisfaction. Throughout the project, we raised issues here and there, or proposed making changes (including to one fixture), and everyone at Cabinet Designers took us seriously, listened, and worked with us to come up with a satisfying approach—in some cases going way beyond our expectations. I couldn’t speak highly enough of our wonderful experience from start to finish with Cabinet Designers. Cabinet Designers were recommended to us from a coworker of mine who has been a client of Cabinet Designers for years. We initially met with one of the Owners Mark at their beautiful showrooms where we discussed our concept and budget constraints. Mark’s business partner Jess then came to our house and once there he completely opened our eyes to the possibilities we could actually accomplish for our budget. Through Jesses’ vision where he suggested moving the existing stove location and relocated a window, it completed transformed the size and layout of our new Kitchen. Within 2 days of Jesse’ visit they issued us 3D drawing renderings that were quite simpler breathtaking, we were sold on Jesse’s design. Mark was a saint with his patience budgeting probably 50 different finish and hardware options to keep us within our budget but still achieve Jesse’ vision. When it came to the installation, the team ripped out our old kitchen, installed the new kitchen along with relocating plumbing, relocating a window and installing a new wood floor all within 3 days, bettering the 5 day duration they initially advised us of. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship is second to none. We could not be happier and prouder of how the kitchen turned out. We intend to change out our Master bathroom early next year and already Mark and Jesse are helping us with design and budgets. My wife and I met with Mark, one of the owners, for about 45 minutes to discuss what we thought was a pretty big project (complete remodel of a large kitchen and two bathrooms). Before we started the discussion, we told him that we lived about an hour away and asked if that would be an issue. He assured us that it would not be an issue, as they were already doing a project for a well-known actor who has a home about five miles away from ours. We then proceeded to discuss what we had in mind and showed Mark some pictures of the rooms. We discussed what the process would be and next steps. He said that he would be going to the actor's home in a few days and would come to our home to assess the situation. He told us that, if we didn't hear from him in a few days, to give him a call. We left the showroom feeling like we had identified the right company for our job. We borrowed a design book that we planned to return in a couple of weeks. Well, we never heard from Mark so my wife called and left a message for him. He never gave us the courtesy of a return call, even if to say that they were not interested in the project. A couple of weeks later, we dropped off the design book and ran into Mark. He offered no explanation as to why he didn't get back to us, but did admit that he had been out to the actor's home since we first spoke with him.
