I've been going here for years. The first few years were great, dentists and hygienists were all nice and easy to work with. The past few visits have been a much different experience with very rough cleanings and care.

About a year ago I had a deep cleaning performed. I changed up my routine to ensure that wouldn't pop back up again.

Fast forward to 2 months ago I went in for another cleaning. Everything went mostly well. Barely any plaque was taken off on this visit so a huge improvement over the deep cleaning.

Then I get the bill in the mail that says periodontic maintenance, which was charged much more than a standard cleaning. I called and asked why, and I was told they will bill me forever at this new rate any time I get a cleaning because I, at one time, had a deep cleaning performed. The fact my teeth had recovered and the cleaning was standard wouldn't change a thing.

This seems like fraud in my opinion since they are billing for a service they didn't perform. At a minimum, they should have informed me of this change in billing before I got it done. That would have at least saved me $68 post insurance billing by finding a new dentist.

Do yourself a favor and find...

I was greeted at the front desk by a woman who was not friendly and extremely short. I’ve been to this clinic many times and she has been there almost every time and I was treated the same way by her. This person should not be representing your clinic at the front desk. Most patients that walk into the clinic are nervous and possibly having major dental work. This employee makes me extremely agitated immediately and makes my experience unpleasant from the start. Consistent with every appointment I’ve had over many years, my experience meets and exceeds my expectations. The office staff are delightful and so helpful with scheduling appointments, gathering important information, respectful of privacy, filing all insurance claims and clearly explain billing.
