Mike's communication is top notch. This is the first time we ever had someone keep us so well updated. We received text messages giving us options for an appointment, confirming the appointment, an update with a smaller appointment window and a description of his vehicle since his company truck was not available. Mike was punctual and very personable. We originally contacted him because our plan through a big box store that was supposed to cover "all" our electronics and appliances in the house wouldn't service our washing machine. I'm so glad my husband found Master Appliance on Google. Mike arrived on time just before 8am. He did a quick test on our washer and by our description of what was going on and the noise he was hearing he knew it was the water pump. He said that there was a possibility of a few different pump models it could be but he would have to take the machine apart to get to it in order to see if he had one. He did!! He had various parts available right in his vehicle. We were amazed at how quickly he repaired the washing machine. That's what comes with years of experience. We asked if we could schedule a time to also have him look at our oven. He offered to take a look while he was already at our house (We didn't want to hold him up if he had other appointments and understood if he couldn't that day.) We described what was going on and again, he knew exactly what the issue was.....the igniter. He went out to his vehicle and again came in with the needed part. Now that's being prepared!! He must have been a boyscout growing up. He was done with both units by 9:30. I would highly recommend Master Appliance Repair and we will definitely contact him in the future. Mike was very professional and if you're concerned about letting somone you don't know into your house or a loved ones place he gives off a vibe of a friend you've had for years even though you just met. Washing machine - Kenmore elite front loader Oven -...

Fantastic service...... Exceptional work!!!

Was hit all at once with issues for appliances! Within the past few weeks, I had 4 appliances break!!!! First it was the oven, then a few days later, the fridge! The fridge started leaking all over the floor and it was actually leaking INSIDE the fridge!!! So I clean that mess up and then the washing machine wouldn't spin out!! With my work schedule, I went to the laundry mat to wash clothes. I brought them home to dry them to save money and time. Now the dryer isn't drying the clothes and I noticed the vent from the dryer has lint in the exhaust. Back to the laundry mat to dry clothes and I turn to Google for help.

I saw the reviews for MASTER APPLIANCE REPAIR so I called immediately. Mike and I texted a few times in regards to what lead up to the failures and I sent him photos of them and the model numbers. Between being overstressed from the chaos and my work schedule, I don't know if I was much help but he assured me that he could let me know if the appliances could be fixed or needed to be replaced. This guy is TOP NOTCH in every aspect.

He treats your house like his house and even wore boot covers due to the rain and because of the cream colored rug!

The quality of work, professionalism, cleanliness, knowledge and explanation of any problems or remedies to the appliance and cost to repair is phenomenal and he is very trustworthy.

I recommend 100%, I will definitely be calling for any future needs for appliance repair, if I ever need and referring my family and friends.

Happened to see a Facebook post of someone who was looking for a name of an appliance repairman. I saw Mike’s business mentioned by several people and so I noted his business/phone number.

Our clothes dryer started making a grinding noise so I reached out to him asking it he could come take a look for us? He got back to me promptly and we set up an appointment for today. In his text Mike said he could be here between 4:30-5:30 and would text when he was on his way. Sure enough he arrived 4:35 and went right to work. He was able to fix the problem for a very reasonable cost - much cheaper than buying a new one.
