Hidden Gem with Top-Tier Service!

Stopped by this liquor store on a random trip to Toronto and WOW — what an awesome experience! The staff went above and beyond, offering some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. They’re open until 11pm (super convenient), and the vibe inside is friendly, helpful, and just downright pleasant.

The coolest part? I casually mentioned I was grabbing something for my girl and they wrapped the bottle for me — gold foil, ribbon and all — no special occasion, just because. That small gesture seriously made my day.

Sure, so I was in around Christmas time with my sister to purchase champagne , the prices were 25% higher than anywhere else. Then my sister received a 5$ off coupon from you guys via email. When she tried to redeem, employee couldn’t figure out how to use the coupon. A line was building up at this point and the employee took care of the other customer , as if we weren’t busy as well. It is 11:24pm, the store closes at midnight, I'm getting married tomorrow at noon, and I forgot to buy champagne for the limo and wine for the anniversary dance!!!
