This is by far the most beautiful river I've seen this year. To be a proud Mohawk and experience the same water that flowed a century and more when my ancestors roamed and fish this is a beautiful experience. There are rocks that connects you from one side to the other but it's not recommended for the beginners. You can slip from algae so be careful and one side of river is strong and rapid it will take you away but you'll be okay if you are strong swimmers and are sharp.

Went to visit our good friends in the nearby area along the St. Regis. The water current was quite strong and cold before the storm came in. It's such a beautiful river and we look forward to playing in it...
