Gina did make my dress fit me well. Im writing a low review because my wedding dress alterations cost $690, and after my ceremony, I noticed quite a few flowers peeling off my dress right in the front- very visible. They clearly weren't attached all the way or not attached securely. There were also 2 buttons that had fallen off at some point, noticed after the ceremony. We had 4 fittings for my dress. I'm just really disappointed that the alterations that cost almost as much as my dress were falling apart within 45 minutes of having the dress on. Prior to writing this review, I reached out to Gina with my concerns. She asked me for photos, and I sent them. She never responded or did anything to help me. Prior to me noticing the issues with the dress, I did feel uneasy at some of our fittings becuase Gina's language/demeanor made me feel not so secure at times. She is nice, but talked alot about how hard my wedding dress altering is, and how many brides and how much work she has to do. I left 2 of our fittings feeling stressed...

It was a nightmare!! I would not even give one star if that was an option. Ruined my top when I hired her to make it into a 3/4 sleeve- would not refund me for the alterations even though I can’t wait the shirt and it was brand new- out $50. Hemmed the cuffs in another top - horrible craftsmenship- did double top stitching but joined the seams instead of being seperate. Both top stitching lines were uneven, loose threads not trimmed. Had her finish the edge on a dress- top stitching was uneven the edges rolled - asked for refund - she said no refunds- I took it to seamstress in the Fox river mall- it turned out beautifully but I had to pay double since Gina would not refund me . I am do thankful she never hit to my mother if the groom dress. I wouldn’t trust her with anything but sewing on a button . The worst is she admitted it was poor quality but wouldn’t refund me or pay for my new shirt that was ruined as the sleeves were uneven - she said it was my fault ....

I wish I could do 0 star. Absolutely horrible. Never in my life was I treated with such disrespect. She didn’t do anything like I asked her too. When I did ask her something or why something was, the way it was, she said “it’s just like you asked” when it indeed wasn’t. Multiple times Gina also commented on how I was big chested and how it made things harder. Just very rude. I struggle with anxiety disorder and she always blamed stuff not turning out on me!!! Plus then to top it off when I went to pick up my wedding dress SHE CHARGED ME $10 FOR A BAG THAT CAME WHEN I BOUGHT THE DRESS. I asked her for a refund of ONLY. $10 and she threw a hissy fit and said no. Like are you kidding? Never in my life will I reccondmend her to ANYONE. for not taking my word when I bought the dress with that bag with it! I paid $310 for alterations when the stitching came out when I tried it on and she blamed it on me. I could go on and on. Most awful experience ever and low...
