
My first functional fitness facility experience. I was worried that it would be a CrossFit box, very glad that it isn’t. The functional fitness approach is something I wish I had adopted earlier I’m sure I would have significantly less repetitive stress related issues now. Also with the new acft in place this type of training matches up better with the new approach the army is taking.
24/7 access is awesome!
Only reason it is 4 stars, and this is very much a personal nit pick type issue, I would like it they had a small selection of more traditional cardio machines. Maybe a few standard treadmills or a stair master in case someone wants to do a longer moderately paced session after typical gym hours. Not a deal breaker...
Read moreIn terms of convenience, I give this Gym a 5 star but with safe protocols I give it negative. I went there to practice my kickboxing since this is the only gym that has a boxing bag. Some of the bags aren’t in good condition. I didn’t see a metal piece hanging off the boxing bag and while kicking it pierced through my skin. It’s good that they have first aid but Some of the soldiers use the same bag so please check on it from time to time. I tried calling multiple times but no one...
