I bought a raz vape there. opened it in my car and it didn't work. I tried to charge it thinking it's possibly just a dead battery (it happens) but when it wouldnt charge either, I went streight in and asked for an exchange for the same exact one and they told me they won't exchange it and it wasn't their problem. other than that it's a great place.
