Kari's Quilt Shop — Local services in Town of Lima

I was looking for the Janome H9. Everyone I called did not have stock. I live in Illinois so I decided to broaden my search and that's when Kari's shop popped up. I called and they had it was even 300.00 cheaper then everywhere I called. I drove 45 minutes and when I arrived I expected to find a sewing machine supply shop but to my delight it was a tucked away gem. The fabric is in abundance with so many choices. I make bags and have been buying my hardware online not being able to see or feel In person let me tell you this place has a whole wall of supplies it will be my 1st go to now. The lady's were the nicest and most helpful. Kari was not in the shop when I bought my machine but was sure to be on the phone to answer any questions I had. That is what I call customer service and pride....

I can't say enough about the service this store offers. I placed an order by phone on Monday and got it delivered on Wednesday by the USPS. They go out of their way to assist you with what ever you need. The store has everything a sewer needs, be it embroidery, quilting or bag making. It has everything.
